Great hospitality Thanks to Sean, Charlotte And The manager Shelly, we came from Stoke on Trent on a business trip had a comfortable sleep had great conversation and banter with all definitely recommending for anyone out of town plenty of Free parking space too.

The rooms were clean but not maintained well. Got given a wrong room from what was originally booked. Toilet flush was broken. Single towel provided for quad-occupancy room (not the case usually, as we have been at other quad-occupancy room at Travelodge before).The lobby was noisy, room was on ground floor with first floor above being overly noisy too. Furniture dragging, feet stomping and heavy walking all day and night long.The room was way too warm with a single desk fan provided, again in a quad-occupancy room, a desk fan placed 7-feet away from you, on a desk isn't going to do much at all.Overall, I'd avoid.

Stopped here for a night while working away room was clean and tidy comfortable enough car does get full there are plenty of choices to eat in the area staff on the desk were polite overall not to bad

Parking:Parking is very limited and there are more disabled bays than general bays. The car park is shared between 3 known places. This generally brings the place down as there is little to no space to accommodate for guests.Local food places are decent.Rooms are basic plus it’s good that there’s a good working lift available for the different floors.Staff are really friendly and helpful regarding hotel matters. I had a great stay this month at Colton Travelodge. The room was clean and just a pretty standard hotel room. The receptionist Michael was lovely, very polite and helpful. Not too bad on the eye either. Good amount of parking space and a brilliant location with lots of shops/restaurants nearby.

Worst stay at a Travelodge. Paid for early check in only to be told was not available. Got refunded but then meant 3 hours hanging around. Reception could hardly be bothered. Tap in the bathroom barely worked as no pressure and in the morning people smoking and chatting right outside our window. Not a great stay.

Not a very big carpark for the travelodge especially when big lorrys park length ways across spaces and also there's a nursery, doctors surgery, harvester, subway, McDonald's and a KFC all using the same parking!Warm greeting from receptionistLift to both floorsRoom was clean and spaciousShower was hot and powerfulWiFi good but you have to pay after 30minsPlenty of food options as mentioned aboutLots of nice walks and running spots close by.Would stay again if in the area.

Travelodge located at the rear of Colton Retail Park. There is just enough parking providing the hotel isn’t full. The retail park has some restaurants, Pizza Hut, Harvester, MacDs which make this a convenient place to stop. The hotel is located two minutes drive from junction 46 of the M1, basically the top end. Booking late can see some very low rates if off season. Not sure what in season is at the top of the M1 !Rooms here are large. American style space, my family room had a very large double bed with pull out mattresses either side which looked comfortable.Plenty of desk space along the wall and wardrobe space.Shower over bath is dated but comfortable but no removable shower head.TV is quite small, maybe 32 inches. Not sure if it would be visible from the far pull out mattress.Also, four beds but just two cups and a small kettle

Would love to post a good review, however.....Everything was great until I had a fall. I needed an ambulance. A week or so later, due to the fall I needed to go to hospital. The staff decided I was a risk to them, even though I never received any physical or medical help from them. They kicked me out.If you are disabled or have healrh issues DO NOT stay they.

Great Central location for Leeds £12 in uber to city centre . Great harvester mcds ect for food ect on the doorstep. Rooms basic dated but clean beds comfy as stayed few times will be back x
