They don't honor warranties!!! I bought brake calipers via ebay in May, they worked till March then failed. It was and still advertised as a 2 year warranty. Absolute scammers, beware dealing with them as they client support is useless. Their help consisted in lowering the price (attention!!! from £34.90 to £33 for the one callipers). Brake callipers bought for £80 landed in scrap after less than a year and 6k mileage. Poor quality parts DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Ordered a caliper rebuild kit, has been on the vehicle for 5 months/3000 miles and the rubber parts have completely failed, I have been told this is acceptable wear and tear, and if I want a replacement I have to pay. My advice is to avoid at all costs, this company knowingly supplies products that can kill when they fail.

What a lovely bunch of helpful people! Bought and had to return a couple of brake items ( my error) and they were just very nice about it and polite. Will be using them again 100 %

Ordered a full suspension arm kit at some daft time of night on the 6th of March arrived on the 8th of March. Spoke with a lady from customer service who answered my questions quickly and precisely, nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Packed very well and delivered when stated, will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future. Keep up the good work a customer service.

Don't deal with them .I checked if the part fitted they said it did.had it fitted and was Wrong .tried to return it to be told it had been fitted so could not be returned....

Don't honour warranty. Bought a windscreen washer pump via ebay in May, it worked till November then failed. Was and still is advertised as 2 year warranty. Contacted them via ebay, responded that after 7 months on the car it could be due to wear and tear & the warranty only covers manufacture faults, not wear and tear. So as soon as you fit a part, it's not covered. Offered a discount on a replacement. No thanks. I'll be shopping elsewhere and recommend you do the same.

I really bent over backwards to avoid giving this review- I even offered to rebuild the new calipers they supplied me if they'd just send me a seal kit.Here's what happened.I bought a set of rear calipers for my Merc from them.Upon fitting, the inner pistons wouldn't move until I switched on the engine/ servo assist.Within a couple of months I noticed the inner pads wearing badly.I contacted advantage auto parts and they immediately began blaming fluid contamination etc etc. Eventually I managed to win the argument and I returned the calipers at my cost, paid them £40 for another pair which was then refunded when I posted the faulty ones back. By the looks of other reviews I was lucky to get a replacement set at all.Less than a year later and the same thing happened to the replacement pair.This time I was forced to attempt an emergency repair as I needed the car for a long trip the next day.Upon blowing the pistons out with compressed air i discovered RUST between the hydraulic seal and the dust boot on the outer edge of the bore on both calipers inner pistons, in other words a manufacturing issue because brake fluid is not present in that portion of the bore.Apparently there's nothing that can be done because the warranty won't cover manufacturing defects on calipers less than a year old?!All I wanted was a seal kit so I could repair the calipers (and use plenty of silicone grease to prevent the rust recurring) but they wouldn't even help with that.In short avoid this company.They sell substandard parts with no meaningful warranty.

Ordered a new part for my car and after finishing the order i realised i had ordered the wrong thing. After some communication with their team, they quickly changed the order at no extra cost and no additional delivery time.Item arrived quickly and well packaged.
