After completing my second course with Tsi it would be wrong not to thank and leave a review.From booking my course I found the response time in emails and advise was first class. My instructor was extremely professional and knowledgeable in the way the theory and asking questions was presented to me. There were times i doubted my self but was made at ease by the support I received and I thank you for that.The relaxed atmosphere and friendliness of every member of Tsi is a credit to this company.The facilities are absolutely superb and spotlessly clean.If your looking to book a course do it at Tsi.I’ll be back for my refresher courses with out doubt see you in the future team Tsi and thanks again.

Shocking service from these people!!! Booked son in for Cscs test, cancelled due to system being down! Rearranged for 48 hours later to be told he failed!! No explanation!! Rebooked elsewhere, did a mock an passed with flying colours! Couldn't do test elsewhere because they have booked him with these cowboys again on Monday and they can't get onto their booking system to cancel!! (Booked it on their own back! Without any authorisation or confirmation from my son!! My son has lost 3 days off work through this company and is more than likely going to lose another!!! Disgraceful Mickey Mouse firm!! Stay away from them!!!

This company is absolutely amazing. From the minute I got there the staff were polite,professional they were always there when you had questions or needed help. The instructor Jamie was absolutely amazing didn't put pressure on us. Taught us all properly absolutely amazing. Will be using these again and would definitely recommend
