I cannot recommend going for a massage enough! I had a pregnancy massage a couple of weeks ago and have booked to have another one next week and I can’t wait! Natalie has a gorgeous studio and is so knowledgeable, and lovely. I am so glad I found her!

Nat is a fantastic masseuse! Catering for every need and niggle. I personally prefer a deep massage hitting all those hard to reach knots and aches, and Nat gets rid of each and every one every time. She's the best !

My favourite treatment of Natalie's is the hot stone massage. She always puts me at ease, tailors the treatment to my needs and I always leave feeling relaxed and re-energised. I would highly recommend using urban soul holistic therapy if you want a bit of pampering.

I went to see Natalie for a massage a month or so ago and I loved it! Natalie managed to relieve a lot of tension and stress that I was holding in my body and I left feeling so much more calm and relaxed. I enjoyed the massage so much that I wanted to explore some other treatments and Natalie suggested Reflexology to me. I've never had this treatment before so last night was my first time -  I was blown away by how powerful this treatment is and how certain pressure points in our feet are associated with different parts of our body.Natalie explained the process to me and how reflexology works and within minutes I was in a blissful and incredibly relaxed state - I haven't felt that relaxed for a long time. Natalie picked up some minor health concerns which were accurate and advised me to keep on eye on these which I found beneficial.If you haven't tried this treatment yet, I highly recommend it - I slept so well and I can feel the benefits of the treatment already.
