This place hasn’t become so bad over the years. It is my local and when I am struggling to pay bills yet this place doesn’t even have basic essentials stocked like bread and I am never asked for my club card and forget myself as I am elderly or in a rush. It makes me sick. If this place was a Sainsbury’s instead I would be much happier as they seem to know how to treat customers

Absolutely disgusted! Just moved near by, first time used this store, customers in front of me, i would say good fun, the member of staff did not take to them & refussed to serve them. I asked for the manager as i was not hapoy with his attitude, she was on the next till & was with the same attitude@ disgusting! I will never use this store again! Disgusting attitude!!

Staff were helpful but lot of problems with their system. I bought groceries and scanned my clubcard but didn't got discounted price. I checked receipt and had to request staff for refund. And not much club discounts on items compared to other tesco.

Rude staff that clearly don't enjoy their jobs. Only one self service checkout which is always used by a chav needing fags, booze and lotto tickets, which causes long queues!

Anyone who gives more than a star to this place is either high on something or insane because this place is a joke and gets worse every year. Disgusting and downright awful. I would rather go somewhere else but what choice do people have? I just can’t get over how bad the service and the items are. Does anyone know what stock rotation is? I mean training is supposed to be mandatory, is it not? Just outrageous!

The female cashier was so rude this evening. Tutting at me when I couldn’t open my Clubcard app which upset me so I said not to bother with it and then I had to ask for a receipt. If I want to be scowled at and made to feel bad I know where to go but I won’t be returning.

I used to use this store every lunch time at 2pm however i will not be using it anymore!Staff today where so rude! there is absolutely no care for the customer whats so ever, they seem happy to discuss their personal lives in front of everyone while customers wait to be served.Shelves are never stocked always find the store extremely messy and no cared for.I could turn a blind eye to most of the above if it was not for the extreme rudeness of the staff.Unless this shop drastically changes and Tesco employs some half polite staff then I will never shop here again.

Limited parking which is not their fault due to the town location. A pretty good selection of food (and some alcohol) for the very limited space. The staff are always very polite and helpful. As good as it could be for the convenient location.
