We used General Building and maintenance to build a rear single storey extension, to include a bedroom, toilet, and extended fitted kitchen, the team were polite and professional they always consulted us at each stage of the build. We would highly recommend and use again when needed.

Lionel and his team worked tirelessly to complete our renovation (new kitchen, two new bathrooms, new flooring, underfloor heating, plastering, spotlights and more) in good time and to a high standard. He provided us with a detailed competitive quote from the start so there were no surprises and he advised us on all aspects of our renovation- from design to supplies. He was very hardworking and diligent throughout our project and it was clear that he was a true professional who took pride in the quality of his work. He was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be using General Building & Maintenance again for future projects.

Lionel was a great find for me as i am very sceptical of hiring contractors without recommendation but he has been excellent in rebuilding my kitchen and bathrooms- very personable and professional- made suggestions and considerations based on what i wanted to achieve that i hadn't thought of- most important of all he takes pride in his work which shows in the quality of the finished product and his management of people in his companyId happily recommend him and his company

Very fast work, and good quality. Very clean, respectful and on time .They done me tiles , and new kitchen in the house, paint, my garden extention , garden slab and paving , and new fence .I belive in 2-3 months time I will ask them to build a pergola in my garden , I have seen some photos how they done in it to other house.I recomand this company.
