Absolutely awful, experience working for these. Messed about from start to finish. Was told it was a 40 hour week and they're strict with driver regs. To then start the job and be expected to work 12 to 14 hour days on the regular. 2 hours of your shift is also classed as a unpaid cumute. Which is just a bulls**t way of getting round driver regulations. They're rout planning is awful, they've actually no contracted work what so ever it's all internet based anyone could do it from home. Then there's the pay with what you work it's not even minimum wage the salary is 18500 based on a 40 hour week. As stated before you've to work a 60 hour week to accumulate a 40 hour weeks. Just rediculas. Honestly they seem like nice guys trust me they're not. Even had the cheek to get arsey because I hassled them about been late with my pay. Like I was in the wrong when they'd made me chase my money all day 3 days before Christmas. Joke of a company.

I am the former owner of NINE56 Ltd and I am leaving a review here to counter the negative feedback from the previous reviewer. It is completely irrelevant really as the company has now closed but I wanted to address some of his concerns.The unpaid commute thing: Yes, we did deduct a commute from worked hours, but only the amount of time a clear run from his home to our office would have taken and then only if the planned route took him on the route his commute would have taken anyway. So if he went south, past our office, he was off the clock until he got level with the office, but if he went north, he was one the clock the minute he started. We let our drivers take their vans home rather than bring them back to the office every day. Had we done it the other way he would still have had to drive that commute, whilst paying for his own fuel, maintenance etc.It also allowed us to be more flexible with start times, something else that was good for him.Route Planning: We had during out time in operation, 3 full time van drivers, only this one reviewer ever complained about our route planning. Its a lot harder with vans. People know they are going to need a lorry load moved tomorrow, they don't know about a single pallet/box/envelope until its ready to go, then it needs to go now! Its not being disorganised, its being responsive.I will also point out without naming names, that if the driver in question turned out anywhere near the work-rate of his colleagues, he wouldn't have had so many issues.With regards to the pay issue: Employees were made aware at offer that payday was exactly that, a day. We were a small team, we didn't have a payroll department, we had to wait for the figures from the accountant before paying. If the numbers didn't come in until 1700, I couldn't pay until 1700.Now, a bit of a counter review: I still won't name names but you should be able to figure out who I am talking about.This driver was argumentative, slow and prone to errors. He interviewed well and talked a good talk but from the minute we put him in a vehicle he was difficult to work with and rude to staff. He was dismissed for cause in during the first month of his employment.I only write this review because we are now out of business and I can now speak my mind. I wouldn't have commented at all if his review wasn't completely over inflated, one sided and posted with malice. During my time as a boss, I was forced to end our relationship with three drivers, the one who reviewed below is the only one that I would never again consider employing in any capacity.
