Booked into Big wave campers for a full fit out, got home and thought id google them as a friend recommended them. OMG I thought what have I done. After going back down to the factory and seeing my van being worked on I was more then happy.Anyway collected my T6 and I'm over the moon with it, what a transformation I love it. A big thank to Andrew and Jason who all the way through the build they kept me updated I can only speak as I find and for me 5 star thanks Darren

Me and my partner recently purchased a van from Big Wave, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From the moment the van was delivered, it was evident that there were serious issues with the vehicle. Not only did I find three engine faults, but there were also noticeable marks on the back where the new windows were installed, which were not mentioned or shown to me before the purchase.To make matters worse, the van was delivered without being valeted, despite it being agreed upon during the sales process. It seems like once they had my money, they no longer cared about providing a satisfactory customer experience.We immediately tried to contact Jack, the seller, to address these concerns. However, to my dismay, he has not bothered to return my partner calls or respond to her emails. It's extremely frustrating to be left in the dark after making such a significant purchase.This van was not cheap, and I expected a certain level of quality and service, which Big Wave has failed to deliver. It's clear that they prioritize making sales over customer satisfaction. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and left to deal with the consequences of their negligence.I highly advise others to avoid doing business with Big Wave. The lack of accountability and disregard for their customers is concerning. I regret my decision to purchase from them, and I hope my review serves as a warning to others who are considering dealing with this company.In the future, I will be more cautious and thoroughly research any seller before making such an important purchase. Customer service and product quality should always be a priority, and unfortunately, Big Wave has shown a lack of commitment to both.

Poor performance from the start, no paperwork handed out. Van was not valeted for collection, engine rattled and had clearly not been checked by a proper mechanic. Awful customer service. I paid a deposit at the start and now they are refusing to give me my money back. Absolutely shocking… STAY AWAY!!!There are far better conversion companies out there.

I feel compelled to share the deeply disheartening experience my partner and I had with BWC. This situation has not only affected us personally but also poses potential consequences for my partner's business.When my partner took our VW van to our local garage to address an oil leak issue, little did we expect the chain of events that followed. Not only did we find ourselves facing multiple repair needs, including two pipes and a gas leak, but we were also met with an utter lack of support from BWC.The most distressing part of this ordeal is how it has impacted my partner's business. As a business owner, the van is crucial for my partner's operations, and any delay or disruption has a direct impact on her livelihood. To say that my partner is devastated would be an understatement. The unexpected repair costs, compounded by the unprofessional attitude from BWC, have left her in a difficult position.Despite reaching out to BWC for assistance, their response was dishearteningly dismissive. The lack of empathy and unwillingness to help during this crucial time only added to our frustration. Instead of addressing the urgent repair needs and providing support, BWC seemed more concerned with removing a previous review from us.It is distressing to see a company prioritize their online image over the very real concerns and hardships their customers face. This experience has illuminated the importance of businesses valuing their customers' well-being and the broader impact their actions can have on people's lives.We had hoped for a resolution that would ease my partner's distress and help her maintain her business operations smoothly. Instead, we were met with disappointment and a lack of assistance. Hi Big Wave !Firstly thank you all so much !!! We are over the moon with the build of our camper van. Jack the sales man was so helpfull at every stage, from start to finish. We've had our first trip in our new camper and we loved it. As a family of four its perfect.
