Disappointed that this review isn't better as the food itself is good but to find out they've black listed us for a miscommunication between myself and my wife resulting in the collection being missed that happened over 6 months ago, clearly tells you that don't value the fact that previous to his we had supported them as a business with regular orders and recommending them to friends. I won't be attempting order from here again. ShameFollowing the response from the Village Kitchen, I'd like to make the point that as we understood the frustration of messing up our previous order, we did offer to pay up front over the phone but was told in no uncertain terms, NO! That's what led to this review. So yes I could have wrote a positive review before it went south but that shouldn't change how you treat your customers, now definitely former customers.

Have ordered on a few occasions now for both breakfast and dinner. Always on time. Great value and the best kebabs in town. Won't go anywhere else. Staff always friendly.

A great choice while in Corby. There were lots of great choices for dinner, and everything we had was delicious. The owners were super friendly and had great recommendations for the local area.

Visited the Priors Hall outlet today. Had a quite terrific bacon baguette but was disappointed that they don't serve proper coffee

We have ordered from The Village Kitchen on a handful of occasions. On the most part, the service has been acceptable. However, I placed an order for delivery on the 18th July which was incorrect, in terms of all items not being present. I proceeded to call the organisation to try to resolve the situation to a satisfactory conclusion. The member of staff who responded to the call was nothing short of rude, impolite and extremely unprofessional to say the least. She appeared disinterested in trying to rectify the obvious errors made and even lied, in an attempt to avoid having to redeliver the item that was missing. I am utterly disgusted with the customer service skills of the staff member concerned who failed to redeem her position by way of an apology. Perhaps some much needed training should be a priority consideration, in order to avoid further dissatisfied customer experiences.
