All of the above. Yet again one of Gary's team has come to my rescue. Phoned Saturday and Mark came today ( Monday) . Absolutely brilliant. I always recommend this company. So lovely that they do what they say on the tin. You can't get better. Well done Gary and Mark.

Fantastic service from Gary, we were desperate as had no hot water and no chance of getting British Gas to come out until late January. Gary came the same day and then returned after working hours the next day to fit a new part. We’re so grateful as it’s the run up to Christmas. Thoroughly recommend.

Saved our ChristmasMy boiler packed up on the 23rd December, mild panic ensued, especially with the family home for Christmas. I spoke to Gary, had a quote within 20 minutes, and within 3 hours, 2 of Gary's colleagues arrived to start draining the old boiler. I wasn't due home until later that day and so Gary popped in to see me at 7.30pm to explain what they were doing and to drop off more accessories to ensure we had everything required to get the job completed.8am on Christmas Eve the team were back and worked tirelessly to get us up and running with hot water, showers and working radiators. It was fantastic to see experienced, professional, hard working, skilled guys who were focused on getting the job done. Eventually at 6pm on Christmas Eve the house was warm and dry again and we were phenomenally grateful to Gary and the Team for getting us out of a huge hole.Gary was recommended to me and we have no hesitation in suggesting his service to anyone.
