Unfortunately, I can't give a lower review... The staff here are a joke. They do what they want regardless of what you tell them or even show them with a picture.Ontop of that, they have the audacity to tell you what you want instead of listening to you, talk back to you and try to kick you out half way through the cut while youre trying to tell them that they completely ignored your instructions. I tried asking for the manager and he just kept trying to tell me to get out.I've given them a few chances but that's a few too many. Waste of money. Highly would not recommend.I managed to finish the last cut through the manager who atleast expressed some proffesionalism and decency.

Good barbers but no understanding of customer service. I booked an appointment and got told that there will be an extra charge when I turned up. It was small amount but principally wrong as they did not disclose on the call when I booked. I normally add that amount in tip anyway but I refused to pay extra charge and there was no queue. Then all the team left for fag break, dinner break leaving only one person. I left the feedback at the shop as well. They are good guys generally but I will now go elsewhere. I still hope they do well and fix their customer service as everything else is good.

We walked in without an appointment and were seen pretty quickly. My son's hair was cut with no fuss from him or difficulty by the barber and he left looking very smart for a reasonable price. Many thanks guys! Always friendly and a nice place to visit!

Great guys, really friendly atmosphere. Very reasonable prices, try the nose and ear waxing! If your of that age!! Just what Stretton needed.

Found this barber shop on Google and I thought to give it a go as it looks really proffessional and clean, I definitely didn't regret it!!!Highly recommended.
