Took my dogs here for a pamper session. Such a lovely lady very understanding with our nervous dog. I felt comfortable leaving my dogs in her care. I came to collect them with happy tails wagging. One very happy dog mum.

Love taking my dogs to visit Lou. She is absolutely brilliant and Poppy & Daisy are always very excited when we arrive. Trooper, my Labrador, had his first visit this week and was very happy to be left ( never been left before) in Lou’s very capable hands.

Did an amazing job clipping my very nervous dog, Lou's kind and patient and I've a happy little dog that is now much less hairy and looks fabulous. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Lou.
