Very abrupt and non caring vet, didnt want to listen to what I had to say about my pet just wanted to get rid of me after a 5 minute consultation and over a hundred pound later. Not satisfied with the way the vet treated me and my pet.

Good vets but last visit not so good! Surely a vet knows how to handle a dog even if she is in pain and aggressive. To not touch her and send us away with medication to hope for the best.

Vet told us our 15 year old cat needed 8 teeth removed at a cost of £1000 plus. We were unhappy with is diagnosis and got a second opinion. Surprise surprise no teeth needed to be removed and just a descale needed. How could vet be willing to put cat through trauma when not needed. Anyone not happy with their quotes should get second opinion .
