Over priced rubbish they always ask for details to send email receipt and when I tryed to return an item I couldn't because I didn't have the paper till receipt last time i go in a mountain warehouse

I love the products in this shop but the service is so slow. It's not the staff its seems it the systems and processes. There needs to be more staff and quicker systems in place for returns and purchases.

They are so polite and helpful we'll keep going there for household items. Prices are very fair to fit most pockets in these difficult times.The last furniture we bought came with a lovely Thank You card. It isn't a lot but it means they care.
