Fantastic! Popped in here on the off chance after the Apple shop let me down on a repair, 15 minutes in here job done and a 3 month warranty.

Shop has good collection of second hand mobile phones. Need to price them correctly.

Fast friendly and knowledgeable. Will go nowhere else from now on.

Poor quality in my opinion. I was there for screen protector but i am really disappointed because of quality of what they put on my phone . I will go somewhere else . Sorry for this guys but is just what it happend to me ,maybe for someone else was ok .

I DO NOT make a habit of negative reviews and left just a few but don't appriciated my daughter being called a liar and basically robbed.ACCUSED OF DROPPING HER PHONE AFTER REPAIR... But she swore she did not, the third time again she was in bed, surrounded by mattress, pillows, cushions and a carpet, just scrolled to awaken, boom one line, next day 2 lines..DID NOT DROP, BUT APPARENTLY IT'S THE ONLY THING THAT CAUSES THIS???She originally purchased the iPhone 11 Pro Max a year ago, the rear was damaged had a non genuine screen, it worked no issues.She paid for phone so takes care of it, however accidently knocked off her desk onto a metal fan base, yep blue line, told to reset, which froze it.Here enters Mobilebitz, replaced screen, didn't bother with rear as price was excessive considering it's already having repairs, £150 total or £100 just for screen.It worked fine although seemed less bright, then she woke one morning, while on phone a line slowly came down screen, after only 2 weeks WAS NOT Dropped. WAS NOT I REPEAT DROPPED!!Arranged with HQ to return to store, guy instantly belittled A quite, shy 13yr old and mum, almost had her in tears, basically called her a liar and reluctantly replaced screen, while stating goodwill and never again.Whatever, let's just sell it we thought, well 5 or 6 days in the new screen has one line, this was fine night before and appeared when she opened/unlocked.Still working though, speak to HQ again (company owner) now saying its been dropped, FACT it was NOT.Says take in anyway, but guy is horrible, anyway following day, ANOTHER line, so two lines now, still working but scared to run flat or restart as will likely freeze up again.So my suggestion is GO Elsewhere.Can only guess they must be fitting the lowest quality cheapest screens available to maximise profit, or they are not preparing phone correctly, who knows.Out of pocket now with a knackered phone and £100 for a mickey mouse screen, phone I'd guess is worthless...Again not very nice staff, insulting and just rude..Ripping off a child that was so upset when she did knock of the desk first and ONLY Time.
