Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will often go the extra mile to help .. And believe me I have tested them on many occasions. Lovely little shop .. a real gem in st Helens... Staff are artists so are committed to customers .. brilliant customer service every time! And the prices are good! (Always having artist friendly sales)

I would like to say thank you to the staff at Rennie's what you have achieved with my dedication to a hero who died at the Somme is nothing short of brilliance. You surpassed my expectations and I am so greatfull and can't thank you enough . And for a young 14 year old lady to chose such a strong poem thank you so so much .

Popped in today for a couple of acrylic paints and ended with said paints along with very helpful advice from lovely, knowledgeable staff and a few helpful hints with no sales pressure either. Will shop here again for sure. Got 5 stars cos there ain't any more to give.
