After having the work completed, I headed for home approximately 250 miles away, and within 15 miles of my journey the engine management light came on once more. I do not blame Kwik Fit for this as the diagnostics pointed to the problem that was addressed but this clearly didn't fix the actual underlying issue.

I wanted to rate you a 5 but it wouldn't let me click the 5th star. I'm very happy with the outcome of my visit. It was quite a long wait, but as it was a bank holiday weekend, not surprising. An excellent and professional service.

Little bit disappointed with experience at Kwik Fit, not a reflection on this store but their Kwik Fit club isn’t very well communicated out to stores and there doesn’t seem to be much knowledge surrounding it. I took my car for a pre-membership assessment and to be told by the Kwik Fit membership team my appointment was missed despite taking my car there and waiting with it. They said to take it again for another one and at that point I told them I am no longer interested as I had already wasted enough time. Didn’t receive an apology for the wasted time.

Service excellent. Car failed its MOT, took it away and got the item resolved, went back the following morning without appointment and the inspector came outside, verified the fix and passed it.The whole booking in, wait and resolution was flawless.
