All the staff are really helpful, and the doctors take their time to explain everything clearly even though they are really busy.Special shout out to Karen in the Admin Team who managed to squeeze me in for a telephone consultation. That phone call proved to be very important!Dr Tang is being brilliant too. Regular telephone calls in order to help me get the right dose of medication that I need for my condition. Can’t thank her enough for all of her help over the past couple of weeks.

Been to this practice few times before, reasonable waiting times and decent service until today.Today had a rubbish experience, Andrea ANP - wouldn’t take history properly, refuses to help with pain relief or further investigations. Finds it appropriate to send me home doing nothing although spiking temp with worsening pain after 6 days of antibiotics and maximum pain relief with paracetamol, codeine and nsaids which is not clearly helpful and significant suffering expressed.Useless appointment,time waste and makes me feel unfortunate for having to put up such an inefficient healthcare service with no reasonable choice.

The Health professionals, receptionist and pharmacist were all helpful. The only thing which was a pain is getting constant appointments at both practices, since I did only want to join the one. But I guess its whats available at what gp practice. As they are 2 practices based in different locations. The travel was a bother because I was expecting (pregnant). Also they have no baby changing room but thankfully I was allowed to change baby in one of the empty rooms. I was also referred to stepping hill hospital which was lovely. Although I did decide to transfer somewhere else.

Good medical practice, staff friendly and helpful.

This surgery is a joke, the staff are rude, you can barely get through to them on the phone, the phone lines don't open when they should. You go for referrals and no one sends your information or records it like blood pressures and everything else. I've had so many troubles with this surgery it's unbelievable. And as for appointments? Ha you might as well go into a walk in centre. Your looking at a good few weeks to a month for an appointment!!! It to mention when you finally get it a doctor cancels it an says to rebook it !!

I have always found this Practice to be very efficient and well run. Their link to Stepping Hill Hospital is also very good, as is their timely review of prescriptions. All in all a very good service for which I am grateful.

Missed my appointment as I turned up 15 minutes late, my appt was for 1:30pm not the 1pm as the receptionist stated. Didn't argue the point as I thought I may have been in the wrong but when I got home I checked the slip of paper I'd been given and my appt WAS 1:30pm!!!

I have no idea why this practice has such low rating. I've lived in Stockport for couple of years and had to use this practice. Receptionists are really nice and patient. And a gp I was seeing was very attentive and she helped me to solve my problem. Highly recommended!
