IF NOT THEN CAREFULLY READ THE NOT SO USER FRIENDLY T&C'S BEFORE YOU UNDERTAKE ANY TREATMENT AND ENSURE THE PERSON UNDERTAKING THE TREATMENT IS QUALIFIED TO DO SO!! YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED A REFUND 7 DAYS AFTER MAKING PAYMENT. BUT YOU HAVE TO PUT THIS IN WRITING WHICH TAKES 7 DAY + TO RESPOND TO YOUR REQUEST.... SO NO REFUND!!It has been months since I have been trying to obtain a refund of nearly £750. They offered a treatment which I was interested in, after having one session of the fibroblast I soon realised that they were not fully qualified to carry out this procedure and nor did they have any pre or aftercare advice for me. The fibroblast for the eyes which is sold to you under the false terminology of Blepharophasy" is surgical procedure for an eyelift when in fact what they do is a fibroblast. It was the most painful and poorly managed procedure ever and I have been through childbirth!! Instead of feeling good and confident about myself I am now left with dark pigmentation scars across the top of my eyes which were not there before. I have emailed and called and messaged continuously since April but no calls are returned and the emails are replied in a matter of weeks with vague responses not dealing with my refund request especially for treatments I have not undertaken yet. I have addressed emails to the proprietor Mohammed Ibrahim who also chooses to ignore my complaint and request for a refund of monies that are owned. I have NOT even asked for compensation or a gesture of goodwill considering the damage I have incurred

Came here for the Miracle Eye Programme. Just recently finished and I love my results! So much better than what they once were and I can confidently walk around without makeup now. My experience from consultation with maraam to treatments with the lovely practitioners (in particular Safa) have been smooth. I’m starting hair removal treatment soon and will update this review once completed.Thank you clinic rom!

I have been attending this clinic for the miracle eye program, I’ve had such a great experience and believe it’s made such a massive difference. I would like to personally thank Safa , for being such an amazing practitioner, very knowledgeable , detailed at the treatments she provides and is great company to have during these , I would highly recommend her ! I would also like to thank Hayfa on reception who would always reschedule and manage my appointments to a day/time that suits me, always smiling, so welcoming when waiting for your appointment , very polite and friendly. I would like to thank Dr Sep, who I highly recommend , very knowledgeable and is a real professional with his treatments, top aesthetics clinician.

Excellent customer service from the clinic room and the lovely Maraam, going above and beyond. Very helpful in answering questions as well as helping me find the right treatment. Highly recommended!!

I can highly recommend this clinic. I was very nervous and worried going in. Maraam put me at ease straight away. She went above and beyond to help and let me make an informed decision. I felt very safe and calm in her hands.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the place is disgusting. Most of the machines they use are not regulated and don’t even work, they prey on vulnerable people with low self esteem and promise them unrealistic results. The high turnover of staff should tell you all you need to know about how they treat people. The main two owners husband and wife Ibrahim and raheema are users and abusers and flaunt their lavish lifestyle of Dubai houses, yacht trips and expensive jewellery but will allow staff and members of the public to be in their mouldy, insect infested clinic. The smell alone would put anyone off from even going there. Please read the reviews and trust them, there not bitter hateful jealous people as Ibrahim would describe them but there people who have had there hard earned money taken and been left the same or worse after many treatments.

I don't normally write reviews, but I can't keep quiet on how life changing my experience has been with The Clinic Room. From my frist experience of walking in and having a warm welcome from lovely receptionist Eva to having my Treatment and reviews. I'm so happy with the results my skin is at its best. Everything that has been promised certainly has been followed through. I want to say thank you to Safa who has really lovely and professional approach. I can really tell she enjoys her job, I feel I'm in trusted hands. I definitely recommend the service, you will certainly get 5 star treatment.

I’ve been going to the clinic room for my facial treatments and they’re absolutely amazing. Safa is so attentive and makes you feel welcome straight away, and she’s so knowledgable on the range of services available. I’ve seen a huge difference in my skin and I couldn’t thank the clinic room enough.

I have been conned by the clinic room Rahima the wife and owner mohammad Ibrahim she pushed me to give her £360 in cash later lied I paid less I had a digital receipt which she sent after counting the money I took them to small court agreed mediation he agreed to pay me £370 by 1st September 2023 to date I haven't received a penny .
