I purchased a chair and desk since I was promised to be delivered in 2-3 days. However it has been 12 days already I still dont have my desk. They delivered the chair in 6 days. I ONLY made the order since the delivery would be only in couple of days. When I emailed Raygar, customer team does not even tell me when I am going to receive my order. I know it is difficult time for many businesses, but this is VERY poor service. If you cannot keep your promise, do NOT give it to your customer. Here is a fun fact: I paid 12 Euro for the delivery. Fun fact 2: Now they promise on their website that they will deliver your order in 5-6 days (some improvement but still a lie). If you are in hurry receiving your order, STAY AWAY from this website. In case they deny this, I am sharing a ss for my order.

Ordered a wonderful desk from RayGar that's sturdy, a good color, and with a lovely and useful design. It's very elegant, but unfortunately, assembly was a bit tough.Some of the holes for the screws were misaligned, meaning we had to make our own holes to get things to fit. Additionally, we received 7 S screws and a random bolt (pictured) instead of 8 S screws.Still, the final product is not just functional but beautiful, so the hardship was worth it!

Ordered a deluxe 11 piece Rattan Cube patio furniture set and matching cover in May 2019. However, during Autumn and early winter the cover started to rip with the wind and rain. I live in a suburb of Dublin so my garden is not too exposed to the elements. I contacted the RaygarDirect and they stated Unfortunately we can be held responsible for damage caused by weather"I found it incredible that a garden furniture cover could not last one full winter and it was not covered by warranty or guarantee by RaygarDirect.It is obviously a poor quality product and I don't have much hope for the furniture lasting also. I purchased a cover in Ikea since that has lasted the winter.Very disappointed

Very disappointed in this company. I purchased a gaming chair from them that was misrepresented on their website. It was supposed to have outstanding lumbar support" but had none. Refund not possible. After leaving a negative review on the product

If I could give zero stars for the customer service, I would. I’ve had this £400+ cube garden furniture for less than 2 years. It has always been covered and not misused. Yesterday morning I awoke to this!!! The so called “toughened glass” has completely smashed into a million pieces. If you pick up a larger piece it disintegrates like sugar. I’m pretty sure the glass should last longer than 2years. All I got back from RayGar was that it was out of warranty and they wash their hands of it. No help as to the reason why this could have happened, or any suggestions to replace the glass, or any help whatsoever.I am disgusted and extremely disappointed with their aftercare service. I now have a completely useless table. Hope you are happy with your purchase and if anything happens with it, you won’t get any joy with this company. But who cares? They have your money!!,

We ordered a set of garden chairs and table and they arrived in London in two days. They were easy to assemble, are sturdy and look great. Customer service was super efficient and fast in replying. Highly recommended!

Made my order for a desk and chair with this company at the start of lockdown. Desk is compact but holds a laptop and printer comfortably. Drawer and shelf are a good addition . Chair is comfortable and fits perfectly underneath the desk. Delivery was quick and items were assembled easily. I would have no hesitation in recommending RayGar.

We ordered our furniture online. It arrived promptly. Unfortunately one of the glass pieces was shattered and the big pieces were damaged in transportation . The staff were very helpful trying to replace the damaged parts. They acted swiftly and we receive all the parts we needed. Putting it together was not a problem and fairly straightforward.The quality of the stuff is good and robust. I think its value for the money and I would recommend this company.

Extremely satisfied with the service and quality of the garden furniture I bought. Purchased online and arrived before the due date. I queried once if the delivery was still on schedule and even though it was after hours I heard back within 15 mins that it was. When it arrived I was impressed with quality of the piece. Had a very good experience and would highly recommend them.
