I have worked at Solomon's for the last four years I find the company fair & supportive of it's workers it has a good incentive scheme & generous Xmas bonus , it listens to it's employees needs & does the up most to meet them leading to a good working relationship between staff & management

Terrible management, unfair to staff, poor working environment, you’re expected to know the job before you even start working literally no training provided, After buying tools for couple of hundred you lose your job, don’t waste your time here.Very Dishonest company / managementVehicles being signed off even before they’re ready then you’re expected to finish it
