We were looking for a door and windows for a stone porch we were building and Wooden Windows website attracted our attention. Being close enough to Stoke on Trent we were able to visit the factory and met with Technical Advisor Leon Nuttall, who proved to be very professional and extremely helpful, to the extent that the following day we placed our order. The items were delivered within the time frame quoted and were of the highest quality, utilising modern technology for opening and locking mechanisms. Wooden Windows supply everything you need, with fitting instructions and consumables for the complete installation and, other than a little query with the 3D hinges, which was answered by a quick phone call, the fitting went very smoothly. We would highly recommend Wooden Windows to anybody who has a need for exterior timber doors or windows.Since writing the above review I want to add another point. The door handle which Wooden Windows supplied with the door had started to show slight deterioration to the coating, I reported (with photographs) this to Leon at WW and without hesitation he arranged for his supplier, Construction Supplies, to send replacement handles and helpful advice in fitting them. As a contractor working in France it was a struggle to find a window manufacturer who could turn around a project quickly.I came across this company and made contact with Leon, I described the problem I had and he assured me they could make my bespoke window and solid oak door.I sent a basic sketch, then a quote arrived followed by detailed drawings. Payment was simple, 2 weeks later they where delivered to a uk address exactly when they said it would be.They where then brought to France where I fitted them, the quality craftsmanship totally outstanding.I will use this company for any future needs. I purchased four windows in kit form for my local sports club via Kitwindows. We were doing a refurb on a very tight budget and used the kits to save half the cost.Leon was amazing to deal with, so knowledgable and helpful from initial enquiry, through placing the order and a subsequent amendment due to us changing an item after order was placed. The whole experience was faultless and painless thanks to Leon.The clubhouse had its windows boarded up over twenty years ago and we wanted to make the building more attractive to members.The kits arrived and everything expected and more was there. Tubes and rolls of sealant for glazing I expected to purchase separately were included. The making of the windows was thoroughly enjoyable, certainly not as easy as a flat pack wardrobe, and dare I say it, not for a DIY novice, but is a worthwhile exercise if like us, budget constraints means this is a way of achieving a superb product. All the components were of a very high quality, the machining of the profiles and joints was perfect. The casements were pre-assembled, which certainly helped ensure everything was made square. The finished product has transformed our clubhouse when we simply didn’t have the funds for ready made windows. I highly recommend Kitwindows and Wooden Windows.

I found the Wooden Windows company when using Google to search for a replacement front door & window for my porch, and I am so glad that I did!I used their door and window builder App to design the door and window that I wanted, but felt I wanted to see their products before actually ordering, so I visited their showroom in Stoke on Trent. I found that their products are well designed, and the quality is excellent too. I was made to feel welcome by a member of staff called Leon. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about their products. He also subsequently helped me through the final design and ordering process (via email) and made some very useful suggestions, which I used to end up with an even better design. These included some manual tweaks that cannot be made through the App alone. I am very happy to recommend the company and as other reviewers have said the customer service is excellent, and unfortunately that is such a rarity these days.

I have used Wooden Windows to replace 7 none standard windows in my property and recently decided to replace my old front door that was very draughty. After speaking with their very helpful sales person Leon I ordered the replacement to fit the space. I can only say I am amazed at the difference. The fit was perfect and the door needed no adjustment other than the very effective and simple hinge adjustment. One very satisfied customer!

We have had oak windows and doors installed in our barn conversion on the recommendation of our builder who has used this company many times down in Somerset. Really pleased with the quality and value of these windows and they look fantastic - exactly as we'd planned. We've not needed too much after sales service, but what we have needed has been very impressive, with nothing being too much trouble. I phoned and discussed needs. A quote arrived hours later. Another phone to check and the order was placed over the phone. Everybody I spoke to could not be more helpful. Ordered Thursday arrived 8.30 Monday am. Beautifully and carefully packaged. Amazing service and incredible value for moneyWindows now assembled. A relatively easy task 4 windows in 2.5 hours. They look very good and have no problems. I am very impressed, a great company and I will have no hesitation in returning for the next set of windows.Well two years on and two more windows installed a slight hiccough over specification but swiftly and politely resolved very handsome bay window installed. So one more order from Leon. Really helpful as lots of e mails back and forward to get everything just right. A great company with great service and quality product. I was really blown away by the service I received purchasing a new window (not knowing the first thing about windows and what to order!). Simon was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and supportive even when I called on him most days to change my mind or check for progress or chase delivery times etc. I was well-informed at every point of the ordering and delivery process and given great advice helping me to match the windows to existing windows at the property. Quality of the product is excellent, delivery was as on time and rushed through for me. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting quality windows and great service.
