I got excellent customer service from Optikaal recently. I have been coming there for many years now and Kamal, being bilingual, helps to avoid any miscommunication. He was offering good advice and seemed genuinely interested in me which was a bonus. The reception staff were friendly and professional as well so overall it was an excellent visit and experience.

I have been a patient at Optikaal for many years following a recommendation by my wife - also a patient there. We both find the sight test is professionally done - not rushed at all - The optometrist takes his time and is very friendly, caring and patient. Very knowledgeable too. The staff also are very friendly and show excellent customer care. With this level of care I am happy to have my eye tests done at Optikaal. The cost of the glasses are reasonable compared to other places and there is free parking outside which is a bonus.

The best Opticians that I have been to. Very friendly staff, and always helpful. Optician himself very good, takes time does not rush you, explains things if you don't understand. Very good with my mother, who did not want to change opticians, but was very pleased, said she never had an eye test like this before.

I have been with Optikaal for over 15 years and its just a brilliant service throughout. Anything to broken glasses frame fixtures ect they get it sorted and fixed in no time. He also makes my children feel comfortable as I have a little one who gets a bit worried but he makes him relaxed and gets his eyes checked. Very patient.Highly recommended

Very friendly shop front staff and very competent, extremely helpful. Around 10 years ago first time I came to this country and having my eye test done from kamal and my first work place as well . Every year use Optikaal for our eye tests. My parent’s and relatives optician is kamal as well. He is very very polite and bilingual optician. Now I have got 4 year old daughter and she had first eye test with him as well. She loved it .
