It was recommended by a friend who shared it via Instagram.. I was skeptical at first due to its location, an Asian bakery selling bolo buns in Walker.... But i was wrong!The base of the bolo bun is definitely firmer (more like scone) compared to the Asian bakery in China Town, but that's not to say it's a bad thing. It's a different texture!Good luck!!

Probably the sweetest staff I’ve ever met! Came over yesterday for the first time to investigate, and I’ve never felt more welcomed. tried the breakfast bun today and was absolutely amazing, and I’m not usually one for breakfast foods. Please consider visiting!

First time trying Bolo buns and they were delicious - definitely recommend trying these. Cheap prices and super friendly owners. Looking forward to trying more fillings/flavours!

I absolutely love the buns here! I love coffee buns but it's really hard to find any in the North East, so needless to say I was really excited when I found out Craving Asian was doing coffee buns as well as bolo buns. The coffee buns are amazing. Soft and fluffy with just the right coffee flavour in the crust. The bolo buns are super yummy especially with some butter (I haven't had them as a breakfast bolo yet, but I am very excited to as I they look fantastic). Plus the fact that you can pre-order the day before is perfect to make sure you get some before they sell out (I'm not a lover of the very early morning so that's a big plus for me!).

Lovely people and bolo was amazing. Bought 2 bolos with Nutella for myself and Mum. Mum gobbled hers for lunch.
