The worst utility company I have ever dealt with - we gave them 49 SME unit connections between gas and electric (requiring metres) and after nearly 8 weeks over half are not complete with the gas missing metres, the only reason we got the electricity metres on more quickly is we had to pay circa £3.5k! when originally metres were free - the information is shockingly bad. Lesson learned when it comes to new connections stay with the big companies who have infrastructure and can fit metres themselves.

They stated that they have emailed me that my contract is coming to an end, strange I have recieved all other correspondents except the one where they are informing you that they are going to put you on a rate 30% higher then their cheapest rate. Con artists !

Hassel free transparent energy supplier who genuinely care about their customers. Switching was easy and now my gas and electric bills are atleast 20% cheaper. I was with EDF before

I never had a contract with them. They had a different name and business details. They forced me to pay or they would cut off supplies. They then didnt let me go for 4 more months and came up with a different excuse to prelong it, during which I was being charged out of contracts hours bills, I had to take out credit to pay them. I am now seeking legal advice, and would happily pay someone to burn their offices and torture the managers/owners
