Had a knee scan done Monday afternoon and received the results and report Tuesday morning which exceeded my expectations. Everything was explained so well and the staff were excellent and very professional, can’t recommend enough. I also used the Alter G treadmill and the explanation and straightforwardness when coming to booking and using it made it super easy for me to get on with my rehab. Grateful for all their help in aiding me in my recovery.

Had CT scan there this morning. This was a new experience for me and I was a little apprehensive.Greeted by very welcoming staff who fetched my husband a coffee while I went in for scan, promptly at appointment time.Radiographer and assistant had a relaxed yet professional approach and were very reassuring and informative.There are different payment options available, I found it straight forward to settle my invoice by credit card before leaving.I would certainly recommend this service.

I attended the Droitwich Spa hospital through a referral for physiotherapy. The staff were helpful and made signing in simple. I found the facilities to be clean and well maintained. The physiotherapy itself was excellent. I was looked after by Jen, who was very thorough in establishing the root causes of my foot pain and developing an exercise routine best suited for building up my strength. After 2 months of following the routine, the pain has more-or-less gone, and I am able to run long distance again. Many thanks to Jen for all her help and advice, and to the wider team for their help.

My experience at The Droitwich Spa Hospital has been exceptional. The staff are all welcoming. Mrs Shahid has been wonderful, I was anxious about having surgery but she has put my mind at ease, explaining the whole process. The nursing staff have also been wonderful at putting my mind at ease. I would definitely recommend the hospital.

Attended 21st Nov to the Imaging department for an ultrasound and injection. The care by Sam Katie and Mr Gella was excellent. They explained all of the procedure and after care clearly and put me at ease for the duration of my stay. Thank you all fir your help and for the biscuits :) much appreciated.The appointment was on time and I was provided with follow up contact details in case needed ...excellent treatment.

I had a complete knee replacement in July which was successful. I have been supported by the physio team on a regular basis since then. It was extremely helpful for my physical recovery but also it provided reassurance that my progress was moving along as expected and my efforts to complete the exercises recommended were indeed aiding this process. .Many thanks to all departments of Droitwich Hospital.

Friendly and helpful pre-assessment with the nurse, Jo. Put my mind at ease during the blood test and MOT before my operation next week. Pleasant chatting about family life and the run up to Christmas! Thank you for the reassuring advice.

I attended my first ever MRI today. I want to say a special thank you to Diane who was doing my scan. She was so lovely, caring, kind and professional. I was so nervous and she just did the magic and made me feel so much better. I don't think I would do it without her support. And also the girls who was assisting her was very lovely too. What a great tram!

Had a fantastic experience as a patient at The Droitwich Spa Hospital. The consultant was very thorough and explained things in detail, I didn't feel rushed. The imaging team were fantastic and booked me at very short notice, had amazing patient care in the MRI scanner and results were available quickly. Amazing service
