Creffield Lodge Dental Practice
I have been a patient at this practice for several years. My experience has always been very positive. The practice has a relaxed atmosphere. It is well organised, is clean and tidy and is run by a dedicated team. Appointments are kept to time and staff are friendly, efficient, polite and always willing to help.

Was somewhat chaotic as computer system appeared to have failed to transfer patients details and medical histories to new system...New Dentist and staff... a lot of work to keep to the standards of the previous excellent practitioner.

Great practitioners, nurses and environment Only spoilt by the staff on the front desk . You all have a valid job, but if yours is client interface you need be a little kinder, and try not to argue with your clients who after all are paying your wages. I appreciate poor customer services part of life in the UK but good client care goes a long way and one (or two) bad apples can sour the pie

Creffield Lodge Dental Practice
Have always been scared of going to the dentist (a legacy of the 80s, when not everyone had the most enlightened approach to dentistry from what I remember) but this practice has changed that. These are very understanding people who work with you, keep things relaxed and let you know exactly what's going on and why to help you become more involved and less 'done to'. It doesn't freak me out at all any more. Thanks

Very good service and expertise recommended, been with them 40plus years. Jack has done a tricky root canal for me and showed me the x-rays and explained everything in my second visit today, having it capped off with a crown in the new year. Well looked after by Jack and all his dedicated staff very Happy.

I was nervous about meeting the new Dentist, but those nerves went away as soon as I entered the room. Jack is a really we'll mannered, friendly and calm person who clearly knows his stuff. The staff at Creffield are always friendly too. Can't recommend this Dental Practice enough!

Amazing visit with Rob and his lovely dental nurse, Marie today. They always look after my very anxious Mum so well. Tooth extraction was very straightforward today, fully explained every step of the way. Mum has remained very calm and is in no way dreading future visits, which says it all... Outstanding! Always a pleasure and thank you Clare for your kind words at reception. Much appreciated.
