Spoke with Alpha early yesterday morning trying to get a tenant sorted out who had no heating or hot water for 2 days, they rang the client and told them they would be out later that afternoon. Didn’t happen, not even a phone call to say they wouldn’t be there, phones not answered. Finally a text was responded to at 2125 saying probably tomorrow. Not good.
