The Perfect Funeral for my Mother with the East of England Co-op Funeral ServiceEvery step of the journey in arranging my Mother's funeral was perfect. From our first meeting Sarah, our funeral co-ordinator to Mum's farewell, every detail was professional, seamless and done with great respect. Sarah was warm, kind and supported us with patience and understanding. She was efficient and helped with every step, advising us on many things, right through to the smallest details. Everything you need from a Funeral Co-ordinator - personable, warm and professional.We were lucky to be able to have the support from Tina Hayward, Funeral Celebrant as Mum's wishes who made the process of getting ready for the service easy and even enjoyable with her kindness and professionalism. On the day, Tina was beyond helpful and delivered a true family celebration of my Mother's life. If people are matched to a career, Tina was born to be a celebrant. What a beautiful soul.The professionalism and respectful support from Luke, our Funeral Director on the day was exemplary. He checked that we were happy, was patient and directed us when we needed it. Those respectful but important touches like bowing his head toward the hearse and slowing to do the page as the cortege passed my Mother's home made us feel very proud. The drivers and other members of the funeral team were perfect, including the staff at Seven Hills Crematorium.Everything on the day was seamless and this all added to a beautiful farewell for my Mother. I'm so pleased we had the support and care from the East of England Co-op Funeral Service and all of their brilliant people.Jane Wadman

I can not express how Sarah Quinton and the Co-operative team were caring and considerate how they handle my dearly beloved brother inlaw funeral arrangements. Nothing was too much, and the care they showed was above and beyond. Rachel done a beautiful service for us.i would highly rate Sarah and her team . Amazing service, helped with everything and the funeral was well done.Tina the celebrant was kind and talked to me and my family at the service. Her and the other members were thoughtful of my autistic sister at the service if she needed to go out at anytime. So it was disabled friendly.The Chapel of Rest was helpful too for seeing my mum there and they did an amazing job taking care of her.Thanks to Sarah who was the funeral director and other staff members for planning everything smoothly.Highly recommended them, the Ipswich crematorium and Tina the celebrant for handling this.

Losing a loved one is never easy. As a family we are so grateful for the wonderful care and support we received from Sarah at the Nacton Road Ipswich branch. She ensured that every aspect was taken care of in a kind and professional way we can’t thank her enough.

My family and I cannot thank Sarah enough. So professional and kind and supportive. Sarah helped losing both our parents within 18months more bearable, and when it came to organising both funerals she was there, every step of the way. I found this Co-op Funeral Service to be the most professional, informative and tactful of those funeral services I visited. It answered my wishes and gave me peace of mind for the future.

My sister in law, Gill, and I met Sarah at the Nacton Road branch to discuss the funeral arrangements for my late wife Anne. Sarah explained all details very well and was very caring and compassionate. At all stages prior to the Funeral Sarah kept in touch to advise of the progress.We visited Anne in the Chapel of Rest, weren’t looking forward to it, but Gareth explained what we would see when we entered the room where Anne was resting. He was very kind and courteous. We were glad we went.Two days prior to the Funeral, the Manager called to run through the procedure for the day. All good.When the hearse arrived at Seven Hills the Funeral Director walked in front of the hearse. He was extremely smart and professional.Overall the Ipswich and Norwich co op did Anne proud. They made an extremely sad time more bearable as everything they did was perfect.Well done and thank you again.

My family and I can’t thank the staff of the CoOp funeral directors enough regarding our mothers passing. Sarah Quinton is such a lovely lady and we really appreciated her care and compassion during such a difficult time. The pallbearers and funeral director were fantastic and they were all wearing orange ties to share our mums love of the colour. Thank you to all of you and also to those behind the scenes. You all do an amazing job.
