Bought a high chair but the foot rest got damaged in transit. I emailed them and 24 hours later a new foot rest was delivered. Very pleased with the high chair and very impressed with the service.Thank you.

I bought a highchair for £50 which is faulty and I am unable to return it because it would cost £35-45 to go through the companies returns process. So now I’m stuck with a faulty highchair that I can’t use, £50 down and still no highchair for my baby. Shocking service, I will NEVER order anything from here again.

Worst experience ever!I bought a pink stroller, they delivered a purple one - the box was clearly marked purple but I guess their warehouse doesn’t care. I wanted to replace the item so I sent it back but not heard back from the seller. Tried calling but took ages for anyone to answer, and when they finally did the person (a male) was so extremely rude it shocked me. He put down the phone on me a few times. The last time when I asked to speak to a manager he said ‘try again later’. In the end I just wanted the money back. I definitely DO NOT recommend Baby Travel to anyone!

I Bought a travel cot from this company in good faith. The product is faulty and am unable to use it. I rang their customer service but was spoken impolitely and they are making sound as if it is my fault. I will keep on fighting as they should never be allowed to operate in this manne. Please be aware before buying anything from this company.

Ordered a car seat, so easy to order and very fast delivery as it said between 3-5days and came the next day very impressed....The car seat is absolutely amazing better than the last 3 I've had and my boy absolutely loves it. Amazing company will definitely be ordering again.. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the same company as Baby Travel - different trading names due to abysmal reputation. They did not attempt to deliver my item and returned it to depot, there they refund you only a partial amount. You have no say in the matter and you don’t get what you pay for. Appalling service - DO NOT USE!

Absolutely terrible customer service.. Rude and unprofessional! Was eventually offered a 80% refund which Iv still not received 2 plus months later even though I was told it had been processed.. shame really as in the passed iv had good experiences with the site.

I placed an order before reading reviews which isn’t like me at all, I read the reviews and was really worried about what was going to turn up as mostly the reviews seem very negative towards products/company.However my experience was actually quite good. I ordered an isofix car seat as needed a spare for my partners car for occasional use rather than using other brands without isofix that slip and slide all over the car even when belted in, that wasn’t what I was opting for, for my little boy!The item was due to be delivered between Thurs 30th - mon 4th April. It arrived a day early, item was dispatched same day as ordering which I was super happy about.Some aspects of the car seat however are a little cheap, pulling the head rest up and down is a little glitchy but overall it seems a pretty steady seat. It’s fitted into our car with isofix and top tether and it isn’t going anywhere which is what I wanted.Overall a good experience with this company… also I saw a lot of mention Evri did the delivery but I had DPD deliver mine

Purchased sun shade for the car fell apart on the first try, sent email to return for a replacement, was asked to send video of the shade not working, looked to send it back it would cost more than the shade, will definitely not deal with this company again

Definitely not recommend. Worst online shopping experience. I bought gift for someone, and when they opened it, it was broken and part was missing. It was so embarrassing when they said I think it's been used and returned as it's broken and park was missing. I gave them gift and they were thinking I might bought it second handed or something. My only mistake was I didn't open it and didn't check it, but who opened the original packing if it's gift. Now company asking me to purchase the missing part. Why I have to pay extra, when its there mistake. Pics showing Its not been assembled fully and clearly broken. I don't know what else they expecting. Please do check if you buying gift, it's so embarrassing if something like this happens.
