Spoke to the team here to sanity check our water renewal costs with Everflow. The renewal wasn't too expensive but thought I would ask the team here to benchmark against any viable alternatives. They came right back with a better deal with the incumbent supplier. All of the process was easy via docusign and a pain free renewal was merely a formality. Thanks guys.

I spoke with Adam who called me less than 10 mins after my initial online enquiry. He advised my that I could make significant savings by switching supplier and verbally ran through this with me. He email straight afterwards to advise of an e-document which arrived with all the info required setting out my new charges in a straightforward way.One signed and sent back he emailed again to confirm that switchover was being processed and next steps.Fantastic service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend in future!

Formula One Autocentres Ltd have switched our Water rates and received a friendly personal but professional service to make the transition of 100 plus depots run smoothly. Portal and invoices are easy to use and understand, nothing is too much trouble, excellent customer service and the communication is good. Incredibly helpful and very professional. No matter how large or small your company , Clearsight make sure you get the best deal possible. Business water rates are a minefield and Clearsight helped me escape from Castlewater and got me much better deals on my properties. So thanks Clearsight and this is a well deserved 5 stars.
