Exceptional service from Hamsa and David, who dealt with my bicycle return swiftly, engaged in conversation also repaired my bicycle promptly, almost immediately in fact when I bought it in. Very reliable service.I have been using this service or renting a bicycle for over 3 weeks. Hassle-free. Maintenance included. Reliable.Bicycle equipment provided; secure lock, head lights (useful for cycling at night or in the dark), electric power modes and extra security keys.Damage and theft cover costs only £5 extra per week.I use this bicycle to make deliveries nearby where I live to earn extra money.Also use this bicycle to commute socially. Saves money and traffic or hassle with public transport.

Good bike but no loyalty price for long term renters, looking for a better finance option. Connectbike up the road at half the price with a longer range battery sounds promising

i recently bought a bike from Zoomo shop at Cambridge Heath, the staff there were amazing. They were very professional and spent a lot of time and care showing me how the electric bike works and how to best maintain it. I would especially like to thank Ahmed, Adam, Bruna and Magic who helped me get my bike set up and ready to go!

I rented a bike to get uber eats delivery from Zoomo cambridge on Wednesday 17th May.On Friday, May 19, the brakes of the bike broke down and I made an appointment with the Zoomo service for Monday, May 22. I took the bike to the zoomo cambridge branch on monday and the related employees repaired it and delivered the bike in a short time.I went to the zoomo cambridge branch on Monday, May 29, and delivered the bike with all its parts (key, spare battery, battery, lock and lock extension cable) without any problems, and the person working there accepted the return without any problems and took delivery of the bike.I received an e-mail on June 3rd that 100 pounds of bond and 85 pounds of damaged were deducted from my deposit due to the fact that I delivered the bike incomplete and damaged.I said it was a mistake and they should check it out.Afterwards, I received an e-mail that the rim of the bike was delivered damaged, and I sent an e-mail asking them to prove it because I was sure that I had delivered the bike without any problems.A few emails later they sent me a photo of a broken rim from another bike and only the rim part was visible.The date section was cut off in the photograph taken as evidence, so it did not provide evidence, and the bike with the broken rim in the photograph they took was definitely not in a condition to be ridden. On the day I made the return, I drove the bike to the store and delivered it without any problems.I replied to the e-mail again and wrote that this bike does not belong to me and I asked for a real photo of the bike in full and uncropped history.I absolutely do not accept this situation and I will complain to the legal authorities.I delivered the bike the way I received it, this is absolutely nothing but deceiving people.I will tell everyone around me about this situation so that they stay away from Zoomo.

Terrible service , I booked my bike with extra battery and when I took my bike they said that can't not give extra battery at moment . I sent 8 emails for customer attention for return my bike before and they never answer me , I called many times , never answer also. Zoomo Just take your money and disappear , lie to you on web page about have extra battery , you book and not extra battery at all. , all riders knows that is impossible work with one battery in London. Not rent in zoomo, only will waste your money, time and patience.

I’m using for nearly 4 months and when i want to book an appointment for return they are not giving me appointment for return they want to make money for the extra weak really disappointed with that worst experience ever amd when you go for repair you don’t get the appointment my tire is flat and is still in the house they will charge you extra money as well last time when i repair i paid 80£ fir the back wheel and they didn’t put the new one i pay 80£ for the old wheel. They just want to make money nothing else they don’t care about the customers. Only money matters for them. Never go there
