Helpful staff selling lovely products of super quality

I have been shopping at Swarovski for quite a long time and I have praised it in the past. I have been helped over and over again. The staff has also recognised me and it’s always nice. However, it was my first time going into the store yesterday I suppose since COVID started. The store wasn’t that busy and no one approached me regardless I went upto a lady and told her what I was looking for and needed help.She left us with no help to find it ourselves saying ‘if you like anything just let me know and I’ll show it to you’. If I knew exactly what I looking for I wouldn’t have approached for help? I was willing to spend £500 on some items as gifts and other accessories for myself. But the minute me and my friend spotted the young girls working there eaves dropping, rolling their eyes in a conversation I was having with my friend and then making funny faces about it we felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave immediately. Very rude and unprofessional, I can see why the oxford store is always empty now. I use to really enjoy coming here, but the new staff just makes it off-putting.

Really nice, well presented store with a great selection of items to choose from. However, even though she was polite and courteous, and my partner and myself where the only two in store, there was no greeting or even acknowledgment we where even there and had to go and approach the sales assistant when needed

Just been in store. Had a round, saw a bracelet, asked to the sales assistant if she had it in silver, she was nice, she showed me the bracelet, I've said ok I'll buy it. The bracelet was exposed on a small pillow, on the same pillow there were 3 others bracelet, so there were 2 with same subject and one with butterflies which was the one I wanted. On the butterfly side there was £95 and other side £108. On till the sale assistant told me that the price was reversed, that the butterfly one would be £108. I told her that was their responsibility make sure that the prices were correctly exposed , she replied that a client probably moved it, which is not my fault so she should sell me for the price shown.She swapped the price and she said no I can't.Very unprofessional. By law she should let me pay £95 and make sure others clients would see the right price after me.Won't go back anymore.
