I have been a customer of Posh Paws to this day. I will not use their services any more. I asked several times not to cut our dog. Only to wash, blow dry and brush. The wife went to pick up our dog and discovered he had the hair cut. In addition, staff argued that it was said to cut it where it was mentioned several times, do not cut him because we like him fluffy as it is. The lady confirmed and it was done her own way. I am disappointed that even any compensation was not included. This is second time they did it. Pity but there are other grooming companies around. We will leave the dog and our money there. I do not recommend. Sorry.

Very professional service- lovely people to deal with- took my elderly cat for de-matting- for the first time ever- collected her and she is calm and mat free and clipped claws. Definately recommend.

Great Service here. Our German Shepherd has been to Posh Laws lots of times. The girls couldn't be more helpful. Really good value too - especially for a dog as big as ours. Our Shepherd is always sitting calmly and nicely when we collect and is more than happy to go there. The girls are more than happy to take the dogs for a little walk if you are delayed and even offer a pick up/drop off service. Top rated. Couldn't recommend enough!

Superb service from Posh Paws every time for my cat. She has been groomed at Posh Paws for years, and I have always been so happy with their 5 star service. Everything they do is with the pet in mind. They really try to make the experience for the pet as easy as possible - and also make them beautiful! After having moved away from Bishop's Stortford I still bring my cat back to Posh Paws because they do such an amazing job. Thank you!

Went to get my dogs claws/feet cut. Was very cheap and affordable great value. And saw lots of other cute happy dogs wagging their tales. 2 nice ladies who smiled and served us, they were Done in less that 5 mins.Very happy with service 10/10

I have nothing but good things to say about Posh Paws, I have been taking Monty my scotty for his cut every 6 weeks for the past 4 1/2 years. I'm always happy with the result and people stop me on our walks to remark on his wonderful hair cut. It's also reassuring to know that they keep an eye on his general health and did inform me of a lump I was unaware of thanks to posh paws I took Monty to the vet for treatment.It's good to know that he's safe in their hands and Monty loves going.

My Ragdoll cat with some matted clumps of fur that I was struggling with came home relaxed and looking great. Clumps needed to be clipped out but it looked better than I could have done it on a cat thelat gets a bit grumpy when groomed.

I have been using the services of Posh Paws for many years and cannot recommend them enough. All my dogs are rescues (currently have 5) and they all have issues be it medical or behavioural. Posh Paws staff understand this and work with each dog individually making them look and smell wonderful. They always do what is best for the dog, for this I am grateful as I know my dogs are in safe, capable hands.Also, since I have adopted 2 cats they too get the Posh Paws 5 star treatment.
