Megan and Lee are A-class. Customer service has been impeccable and they've helped get water to us in the toughest locations without any delay or fuss. Incredibly friendly and do such a great job. All drivers are incredibly helpful and friendly. Will absolutely recommend them to any production needing water in the future. Thanks guys!!!

We've had a great experience with Thirsty Work so far. We love their products - we have filtered hot and cold water units - and it makes the tea/coffee rounds much quicker. Any minor issues, they send out an engineer to take a look, and it gets sorted without any fuss or extra costs. The best company we've used by far!

I have dealt with Chelsea on a number of occasions now and she's always been polite and efficient. Deliveries are always really quick and the poor delivery man never complains about the amount of stairs up to our office. We've been using Thirsty Work for 5 years and are more than happy with their service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Daylight Robbery it’s borderline a scam. You’ve been warned if for whatever reason you cannot afford the machine any longer they will cripple you with early termination charges. Consider this a warning I wish I had been warned before hand. Taking advantage of small businesses goes completely against my morals. As a small business owner I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night if I treated my customers the way this company treat theirs. 1 star because there isn’t an option for 0 stars

Alex has always delivered our water and is always polite and chatful. He is always acting in a professional manner and can't fault him for his work ethic. Would recommend the service we get from them.
