As a store ZERO (0) stars - prices in-store do not match what is online. They had many miss-priced items across the store.Way too many self checkouts and now only 4 real manned cash outs which only 2 were staffed and both had long queues!!The 4 ⭐ is purely based on the nice friendly older lady on the cash out friendly, nice to talk to very helpful and clearly liked to engaged with customers and help them).So to ASDA management team get rid of the self checkouts and put more cashouts and staff on them to provide customers service afterall within the cost of your products is to pay people on the checkouts not to serve myself unless your going to start giving people discount foe doing staff jobs?

Went in today (26/08/23) for shopping 3.15pm and when I went to checkout there was only two tills open with about 10 people waiting to get served. After two minutes the woman working the till I was at shouted “I’m going off mind” and there was obviously no one else waiting to jump on, so I went to the self service tills which is something I hate doing, because besides taking peoples jobs, after just finishing my own job why on earth should I work for ASDA. Then to top it off there was no bags, so I approached 5 ladies with happy to help written o their back, who were standing in a circle, (condemning there mangers) and enquired about the bags. Instead of assisting and getting some bags, one just said there are some on a check out further up, just go there. Obviously no interest in being happy to help.Similar has happened another twice in the last couple of weeks.If this is now the standard of ASDA, then I definitely won’t be back.

Shelves always empty or products too far back to reach. Scruffiest Asda I've ever been in, always, not just a one off. Cages up all aisles. No organisation and always short staffed when you need help at checkouts.

This supermarket is a good place for shoppers. I came here because as far as I could see Asda had the cheapest cereal containers. I needed one to put my bag of porridge in. So I bought some.

My weekly shopping store. For clothes, and kitchenware there is, a travelator to access the, upper floor. Or if needed a lift as well. There is also a cafe on the, 2nd floor and a toilet. The groynd

Great selection of food and fresh produce here and there is also a good sized clothing and homeware section upstairs. Can always find pretty much everything I want.

Friday 11am only 3 cashiers , long waiting time just to pay. If you have a busy day don't come here. If you don't mind waiting 20-25min just to pay then here you come.

This store has gone downhill significantly since I used to shop here regularly. It's now always untidy with cages full of cardboard seemingly abandoned, random barriers here and there, tape holding down parts of the lino flooring, bad smells, poorly filled shelves...As the smaller Asda in Pennywell is always clean, tidy and well-run I can only assume the management at Leechmere is struggling.

Staff are fab, as helpful as they can be. But the click and collect is beyond ridiculous. Stopped using that facility because I had to wait over the collection time (about 15 mins on average) and last time over 2 hours for a pre booked click and collect. Gave it another go today and was sent away as the online shopping hadn't even been started even though I booked a 4.30 slot and turned up at 5.10 thinking it would be 100% ready! 5.45 now and still not had notification to collect. Why charge a fee and offer a service if you can't stick to it?!? Called customer services and all they could offer is my £3.50 delivery fee back. Complete joke as its not been the first time,no option to complain via email either. Don't think I'll be bothering with asda anymore.

When getting to the self service till a very rude member of staff walked past and shouted “I hope you have ID” when looking over at me with a crate of Coors. I said there is no need for the loud comment, especially since she wasn’t interested in checking it anyway and clearly just wanted to make belittling comments.
