SWS Commercials Limited - Used Van Sales

Please don’t know use this company. My friend bought a van and after six months everything started going on it. From what was 12 grand he now has to sell it for just 5 grand because it will cost 7 grand to get it fix. Absolute joke

Brilliant.Went down to look at a Ford Transit, but once there, I changed my mind. Stu was brilliant, he took the time to listen and understand my requirements, then he showed me my new van. He even ran around taking measurements and comparing vans to ensure it was right for me. Took me out so I could drive it first, never any pressure for the sale, just open and honest chat all the way through. Totally brilliant with no pressure or feeding me rubbish. Nothing was too much trouble for this guy, no shady sales techniques or pressure at all. First time I was buying a van and was dreading it if i'm honest, I was blown away with how easy it all was. No stress, no pressure, no worries. Stu got me in my new van and on my way home in around an hour. Brilliant experience from start to finish. Loving my new van from them, its a belter. Will be using these again if I ever need another van, and will certainly be recommending these guys to anyone looking for a van. Brilliant!

See one of stu’s vans for sale on eBay looked a lovely van I requested a 360 walk around. stu was thorough with detail and defects on the van , I travelled from Essex to Southampton via train and happily drove back with the van, Stu was honest and a pleasure to deal with ! I’m a nightmare with timing , stu was even replying at 9-10pm! I’ll be sure to buy from sws commercials again , many thanks mate

I purchased a competitively priced van, all details exactly as advertised. The van was cleaned and serviced before collection and the brake pads and discs were replaced free of charge. Repairs to seat and new alloy wheels were completed as promised. Stuart was fair and honest.

Never rang back after several calls. Told me to come and look at a van, when I made my offer, suddenly, with a van that had been sitting for weeks, which the vendor described as having excellent bodywork, in fact scratched to hell, he had taken a deposit. Avoid this dishonest trader

I've only ever purchased through main dealers before so this was my first experience buying a van and buying through a smaller company. I don't normally write reviews but wanted to share that these guys were so helpful. I wasn't the easiest of customers as I had no real idea of what I was looking for or what to expect from a smaller company. They asked about my business, how I would use the van and then guided me on what was the best size to get and what would work for my business. They reassured me, found me the right vehicle and ensured it was ready to go in the timescale given. All in all the service was perfect and I couldn't of asked for more, they never pushed the sale or pressured my decision and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a van.

I bought my new van from SWS last week and I was very pleased with the service they provide. Nothing is too much of a to ask. All their vehicles looked very well prepped to a high standard. Anything I wanted changing they were happy to rectify. It was one of the cleanest vans I went to view. Very pleased and made me feel very welcome. I will certainly recommended. Thanks guys.

Scam company, advertise vehicles they don’t have take deposits and don’t return had to issue county court proceedings but got laughed at by the owner saying they’re folding and blocked my number. Avoid.
