Complete waste of time this company. Contacted 2 days upfront regarding my waste collection. We had 2 chats about quantity, I have sent pictures over WhatsApp, agreed for higher price which was fair as it was substantial amout of waste. Guy showed up on his own moaning it is to much and claimed I have wasted his time, well outrageous! Already got another company doing it for exactly same price straight away.

I found James and his company very efficient. He was friendly and kept me updated on arrival time. I was able to add things to my waste and as he still had room on his truck he was able to take it, we agreed a reasonable amount of money for the extra things. I was able to pay by card so I had peace of mind that my waste was being responsible processed. I have used James twice and I would continue to use him.
