Middle Aston House

What a lovely hotel. Staff are warm, helpful and very welcoming. Food is delicious. Rooms are under development I believe.

A beautiful location with lots to explore on the grounds. Lots of the accommodation is spread out and does not feel cramped, with ample parking. Room itself was very nice, my only issues are that the heating did not appear to work, and the room was so far from the main house that I could not access the WiFi (for which, the password is usually on the back of the key fob). Food was delicious, bar was fairly priced too.Came for a business trip in Bicester, absolutely would recommend this hotel to anyone who would ask.

We arrived and we’re welcomed and checked in by our host , check in super quick , the actual house is beautiful, really modern but with a nod to the period property it is , beautiful lake and seating area , lovely relaxing lounge and nice cosy bar which is only opened whilst someone is on the premises ( not late ) our room was in a block away from the main house and next to the car park , sadly the room was very very basic and small , the double bed was quite a small double but the sheets were clean , pillowcases and bed comfy , very small tv on wall and a tea and coffee completely try , bath and shower and looVery small but fine for the nightWe had a really lovely stay , felt safe , welcomed by a kind host and we’d definitely return soonOnce the rooms are refurbished this venue will be stunningA little remote no shops or restaurants or take aways close by , you need a car

Beautiful surroundings and settings but the main hotel was so cold with no heating in the function room and bar area. We booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 as no chef available to cook breakfast on the second day. There are no rooms in the main hotel to book so our group were put in the annex which was awful with stained carpets and freezing bathrooms and very small rooms. It’s a shame as this hotel could be 5 star but needs a lot of work and the 2 ladies working there seem to do everything.Unfortunately I would not recommend

Stayed here for 2 nights, the room was modern and the breakfast was great. There is also a bar and a lovely outside area to have drink overlooking a lake

Clean room in very quiet location on the edge of Middle Aston. Good meal options within easy drive from accommodation.

Ugly, dirty, bare rooms.Three spiders in my bathroom, one of them had built a fairly impressive cobweb right across the bathtub.Carpet in the bedroom matted with dirt that had never been cleaned.Scratch and scuff marks on the walls, looking more like a 90s council estate than a hotel people pay money to stay in.Even the bed linen had snot on it, as well as other marks. Horrible.The closest thing to a positive I can find in this room is the following:-It has sockets on the walls that provide electricity. Use that electricity to charge your phone and book a better hotel.-It has a fire alarm. I dont know if it works but at least it implies that the proprietors dont actual wish you bodily harm and hope you will not die in a fire.-There were fresh binbags in the bins. I am really reaching here...

Fantastic and Stylish Wedding Venue!Middle Aston House tick all the boxes - amazing rooms, very photogenic interiors, really friendly staff and the estate, love it. We were impressed that everywhere you point a camera the result is so good.Our couple and their wedding guest were really impressed and had so much fun. Shot there a wedding and would be delighted to be back.Higly recommend!Thank you.
