Salisbury Road Surgery

I was advised that my prescription was ready for collection today (after it was failed to be produced yesterday as it was someone’s day off I was told).I walked to Salisbury road to be told that it was at the other practice. I wasn’t made aware of this on the phone call.I explained to the receptionist at Salisbury road it would have been useful to know it wasn’t at my actual surgery as if walked there and taken time off work. She said they can’t look up that information at the point of calling as they have too many patients (13,000 apparently) and it’s not how they work.So lack of decent internal process means I had to walk to multiple practices to get a late prescription. I would strongly recommend training staff to say exactly where the prescription is, and not blame lack of sensible process on the patient.

This has got to be one of the worst doctors surgery ever.They basically operate on a pain for profit basis. Your pain for their profit.

If I would put minus 50, I would do. Wors surgery ever. Rude and unconfident stuff. Never ever I hope.

I reiceived very good health care today from Doctor Durnford. She made a home visit. And treated me accordingly. I think our health service is Amazing. Thank you
