Obnoxious, driver. Turned up unannounced, could not have been ruder. In contrast to every other delivery service I have used. I have told the supplier that I will not order from them again if it is to be delivered by this company.

Great customer service

waited in all day only for Surrey pallets but they didnt show.at this point they tried to contact but i was in no mood to converse with them.Then hey presto they attempted to deliver the following 2 days without my knowledge or consent,im a working man so i wasnt in to recieve the cold calls! Finally we made contact and agreed on a am delivery to which i went to considerable lengths at my own expense and once again they didnt honour the agreement.In conclusion i will now always check who my freight company will be when buying goods and i will look elsewhere if its the above company!

Friendly office, very rude driver

Surrey Pallets. Don't use them. We had to for a Victorian Plumbing toilet. It was in their warehouse for days allegedly lost". When we finally tracked it down they promised a delivery today. Having just spoken to Graham Jonson

Don’t use this company! No communication! Left good on the pavement!

The picture attached to this review shows how they delivered the pallet with a printer. Utterly terrible company. When I contacted the store and asked to pick up the item (which is very likely damaged due to this delivery) the delivery company made up a story that I was swearing at the driver and wrote this:The depot is refusing to send a driver to collet this pallet due to the customers behaviour. The customer would need to call and apologise to the people at the depot and even then, it is not guaranteed that they will collect this pallet.Fortunately I had a video footage, from my doorbell security camera, of their driver tipping over the pallet. The store was able to force them to come and collect it.Do not use them for anything, they are simply awful and will lie to get out of trouble.

Had delivery today od bathroom materials, tiles etc. Driver Peter was ecellent. Took great care and put the pallet exactly where it was required, taking care of the surroundings. Many Thanks!

Brilliant Pallet company would highly recommend for collection and delivery of pallets .

Good communication, pallet safely delivered at agreed time, helpful office staff and driver.
