Purchased a Guvnor burger meal for £16. Found a place to eat, as I was eating I realised that a slice of tomato had to pick out since it was not fully developed to eat but ignored it. Aside from that, they forgot to add bacon in my burger but initially thought it was somewhere in there but no. So since they were under pressure due to high number of customers. I decided to tell them in a form of a friendly complaint. When I got to the counter I want to ask a question to the short black lady at the teller if there was supposed to be bacon in the burger I ordered. She gave me a very negative disgusting look but when I told her my question, her facial expression switched positive and she directed me to her manager. Who was kind enough to hear my problem and apologise on the issue. As I didn't want a refund or make a big deal out of it. Just making her (the one in charge) aware of the situation. But still disappointed about how the short black lady at the teller responsed when I wanted to ask her a friendly question.

Food was nice, burger was tasty and chips crispy. Quickly served with no worries at all. Although Very expensive for what it is, but it is similar to the rest of the excel food prices.

ExCel London has this place as a halal burger joint on their website so I ordered the original beef burger meal. My order number was called out and when I went to collect my burger I was told the beef burgers are not halal and only the chicken burgers are halal. Grateful for the advice but the chicken burger was bland and cold. They should have a sign to specify which burgers are halal and not. The staff member said I should have been made when ordering at the till. Didn’t enjoy it much as it’s left me a little disappointed.

Rancid burger, totally ignored by staff, horrendous experience all round - avoid like the PLAGUE, which their food might actually give you.In fairness to them, they did refund my order after raising it with them - although it took some time and effort.

I was hoping for a similar great experience as the first time I ate here but was left disappointed. There was no blue cheese or any cheese available which this chain is known for, no naked burgers as advertised on your website so as told 'as its very busy and the buns are already made up' I had to pick out unwanted onions, gherkins and take burger out of the bun. Sold an original burger instead of an old guvnor (I wanted the bacon as 'less to pickout' didnt want the mustard mayo - i hope they dont put mayo prepared in a bun waiting in a hot kitchen as its likely to spoil). I'm gluten intolerant so luckily not a serious matter of cross contamination if I had an allergy would entail but not ideal for cost or food waste. I know Excel was busy with Comic Con, but at the end of the day I'm paying the same whether it's busy or not. Service is only as good as the busiest days. Not a helpful vibe sadly.

Had to wait 30 mins for my food as they only told us they were out of food" after accepting payment meaning we had to wait while one staff member went off somewhere to get more. On top of the ridiculous service and stupidly high prices for the quality of an overly tough warmed up burger when my friend asked for no mayo because it makes her sick they said they didnt care and they couldnt do it.(another customer also complained that his bun was still frozon. Staff were clearly inexperienced and the fact that people weren't offered refunds despite the 20-40min wait was terrible"

The worst burger everI’ve returned it because the bun was cold. The lady who served me said (in a very rude way!): that’s because it was in a fridge! How is it ok?? Avoid this place like a plague

Disgusting. I ordered the mushroom plant based burger. Unlike all the other burgers, it didn’t come out wrapped. This meant that the server had her hands all over it, which I thought was pretty unhygienic. I took one small bite of the mushroom burger. It was totally burnt and inedible. Never order this product.
