Eastbourne Vets

Just registered our cats at this vets and bought one of our cats in for a check up. Friendly and welcoming reception staff and lovely vet who saw us even though we had accidentally booked in at the wrong branch.

We have recently been to both locations along Seaside Road and the staff at both are all so nice, friendly and reassuring. Thank you so much for all your kindness and expertise.

I used to come here for 17 years with my cat who sadly passed away. When I recently got two new kittens it was the obvious choice of practice for me. All the staff are , friendly, professional and genuinely interested in your pet. I can’t recommend highly enough. 5*

Always kind and helpful. Rita stitched my poor dog up under anaesthetic after being attacked on bank holiday Monday. She kept us informed and treated my dog like he was her own dog, he even gave her a little kiss which is unheard of! Thank you Rita and staff.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, never too overcrowded when waiting; implying they don't overbook and manage their time well. Staff are very kind to my dogs, very patient.Have to take off a star for comfort:In summer, the place gets uncomfortably warm. They really need to invest in aircon because the heat is added stress to pet and owner. Waiting for the vet can feel far longer than it actually is because you become so sweaty and headachey. Could do with a water dispenser for me and the pups! The seating needs an upgrade. Generally could do with a face-lift in the waiting room tbh.The vet has some decent deals if you join the puppy club, it offers money off food and procedures (spaying etc).Some decent reductions on pet treats by the tills. Not crammed with products, so plenty of standing and sitting room. Experienced staff are informative, but I dont think they support new staff quite enough, as Ive been left waiting for a really excessively long time whilst new staff figured out the bill and booking system. The staff was working alone, struggling a lot with the Puppy Club discount and taking a good 30 minutes to tally the bill and schedule the next appointment. The heat didnt help...But experienced staff will have you through the till and diary quickly. They give appointment cards and send text reminders for visits and at-home treatment (like spot-on).And it's right by Princes Park, so you can indulge your pooch with walkies to soothe them.

Not my usual vets but made us an appointment at short notice as ours couldn't see us. Very helpful vet. Friendly receptionist.

My visit was a very sad one, my 2 beautiful rats needed help to make their journey to heaven a comfortable one. The team were so very kind and sensitive, I even received the most beautiful card today from them with a lovely poem. Thank you for your care of my fur babies, I miss them terribly.
