We would highly recommend engaging Claire Heritage to sell your house. We first met Claire when buying a house that she was the agent for. This was a house that we wanted to refurbish and we weren’t selling our own house until that was ready.Claire was very professional during that purchase, we felt that she was completely honest and transparent with regard to the information she was providing us, which is a very welcome change from dealing with other agents in the past.So, when we were ready to sell our own house, we didn’t have any hesitation in asking Claire whether she would act for us. She managed to achieve an acceptable offer on our house following just one day of multiple viewings. Claire took care of our sale and was exceptional from start to finish. From the initial first meeting and market appraisal, I felt that Sam was approachable and incredibly knowledgeable on the local property market. The marketing materials and videos were of exceptional quality and showed our home off to its full potential. All viewings were accompanied and full feedback and follow up provided in a timely manner. Sam and Claire’s advice has been spot on throughout the selling process, and when we ran into difficulties with the sale Sam was always available to reassure and crucially chase up the other parties, when I often was not able to get hold of my solicitor, or anyone else involved.
It was an emotional experience to sell our family home, but Sam and Claire have been very supportive and understanding, and eased the process massively. On a personal level, I felt that Sam and Claire, really cared about us and our family situation. They are friendly and I’m very grateful to have met them.
