Brilliant service!Dr Hibbert did a very thorough assessment on my little boy. Charles and Dr Hibbert are truly gems. They are so professional and put your mind at ease. They explain everything very well and answer all the questions. I will highly recommend their services.

Daughter had her tongue tie corrected here a week ago [aged 3 weeks old] after NHS postponed her appointment by 2 months to August and baby wasn't gaining normal weight in her first 3 weeks as couldn't latch to breast properly. Would highly recommend. Rang on the Thursday and was offered an appointment for later that day or next day so went on following day . DR was lovely and provided aftercare tongue exercises to do on baby.. done a check of babys mouth and confirmed she did have a tongue tie and corrected it there and then.. everything has been fine with her tongue had no worries or issues and can feed better

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Dr Hibbert was very very calming and reassuring, gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my 5 month old boys tongue tie. The procedure only took a few seconds and it was all over and done with! I honestly cannot recommend Dr Hibbert enough! Wow, he was so thorough, calming and just amazing. My boy has now resumed normal feeding without struggles, no more dribbles, no more fighting with feeds or frustration. I cannot express just how grateful I am. Thank you so very much from one very happy mummy and one very grateful 5 month old baby boy! ♥️

Visited Dr Hibbert today with my daughter’s tongue tie. He offered a same day appointment for us, and was happy to accommodate our timings. Plenty of parking outside the clinic, and once we were there, he gave a friendly consultation with his son. The procedure itself went quickly and smoothly and he even gave my wife another room with some time to feed our daughter. He then went through the after-care including some exercises that would help and was happy to answer any questions we had. I also received a follow up message in the evening checking my daughter was ok after the procedure. A friendly face with reassuring advice, I would definitely recommend.

Dr hibbert is truly an amazing trustworthy professional. Very kind and knowledgeable and excellent rapport. He was able to see us at short notice for a posterior tongue tie release for my daughter. This was our 2nd visit having visited for my previous baby 3 years earlier.Excellent outcome and baby feedingwell. As a fellow Dr would recommend him highly to my patients too.

After our newborn lost 9% body weight due to a missed diagnosis for tongue tie until our NHS appointment at Day 5 after discharge, we were keen to get this fixed ASAP. NHS waiting times were 6-8 weeks, but we went private with Dr Hibbert and had it all fixed the next day. GREAT empathetic service. Now our 2 week old is back to original birth weight which is priceless.

Excellent, professional and friendly service. We have brought both of our children to the tongue tie clinic, and both times offered a great service. After booking with Charles, we had a consultation with Dr Hibbert who ran through what we were looking for and determined that there was indeed a tongue tie. After a quick procedure it was all done. Given after care and exercises to ensure correct healing. We now have a much happier baby boy who is no longer struggling to feed!

Very happy with the service we received from Dr Simi Hibbert. We were given an appointment quickly, our consultation was very friendly and professional, and we were given time to make a decision before going ahead with the procedure. Afterwards we were given a private room to breastfeed. I’m so happy with the results, instantly my baby’s latch has improved and is feeding much better.
