Amazing teachers, usually quite packed and great vibes in class, its quite clean too. Lovely little details such as free hairbands and hair pins in the changing rooms. Only downside is that the female changing room is far too small and far too busy.

Well what can I say. Soul cycle is one of the most welcoming, inclusive, clean, friendly and supportive place to spin. The studio is beautiful and the service is top notch. The bikes are amazing, the classes are insane, the showers are Beautiful. They have every product you would need. They celebrate every moment with you.

As a first time goer, I found the staff hugely helpful, the location ideal and the facilities better than any local gym spin class I’ve ever been to. Lauren was a great instructor. Was a reallt great class. Cycling shoes with clip-ins are a must for me now. Booked via classpass but understand it’s around £15 for a class - decent enough and seemingly industry standard. I’d consider it a splurge rather than a regular thing, personally.

It’s my first time at soul cycle. I’ve spin before but always don’t know how the clip the shoes lol. There were crew to help so it was nice. However.since it’s my first time here , instructions are lacking. I didn’t know you were assigned a bike and no information was conveyed to me until another person said she booked her bike. Then it consumed 5 mins of class time to switch. Wish the instruction for first timers will be clearer next time and more help from staff would be useful. The class is great

I’m a SoulCycle enthusiast and it fills my heart with joy to see it here in London!!There’s not a crazy amount of locker space but I can imagine this will only be a problem at really busy times. The staff are helpful, the instructors are insane and the music is what keeps you going!I took LIV’s class and she rocked!Instagram: @Lilfitmiss

First time not leaving a Five star review for SoulCycle. The manger seemed over bearing behind front desk and the staff seemed a little worried/ anxious around him. The front of house staff were lovely. The manger only greeted “regular riders” with warmth.Instructor was kind to new riders and gave an alright class but I have be honest SC lacked the spark it used to once have. It might just be I’m getting old!

Absolutely loved my first Spin class in SoulCycle. The staff and instructor were very friendly and ensured everything went smoothly. The locker rooms was well maintained and huge to accommodate everyone from the class. Can’t wait to go back for more classes

If you’re a frequent spinner then I would recommend the classes at soul, but for beginners I don’t feel they are too welcoming and choreo is defo too fast to follow if you’re new to spin. Feel like you would have a much better time at boom. For the price of a class (about £20-25) the showers are ratchet and changing room is always full af and impossible to get a shower unless you leave the class before the wind down. The worst time to arrive is when the class before ends the changing room is packed and impossible to find a locker, so arrive earlier if you can. I feel like for the price you could probably go to BXR or KARVE for a better work out sesh (if you're not only looking to spin) as the showers and changing rooms are 10 folds better.Depending on vibes, I would recommend Reynold for a fun class, or Liv’s but quite hard to follow. Manon’s choreo is also super fun!I feel for some of the more popular instructors they try to cramp more bikes into the room (like MJ or Dale), which makes it way too crowded for an enjoyable experience which is a shame.

HUGE women's locker room with everything you need including multiple showers! Shout-out to Lexie for answering my early morning email inquiry so I could plan my day. Studio is long rectangle so sit center if you want good view of instructor. Thank you Dale and team for being welcoming crew!
