Aerial Force Installation - Birmingham

Highly recommended. We recently moved house and wanted our TV wall mounted. I inquired at 8:45 pm on their website and received a phone call 5 minutes later from Kim saying they can book someone the next morning. 8 am the next morning and I received a call saying Ashley would be here in 30 mins.Ashley was very professional and obviously knew his stuff. He mounted the TV in 20 minutes and left no mess whatsoever.Slightly more expensive than I imagined considering I already had the wall mount, however, for the service I received and speed, it was worth it.

Aerial was falling apart. Booked a date a few days away 12th but strong winds made it necessary to bring date forward. Got in touch and they changed the date to 6th. Engineer, Dominic, arrived a few hours late but he had the aerial down within minutes. Great guy very friendly and helpful. Did a great job.

The engineer was very punctual on time keeping and was very helpful. His job was very clean and efficient. Explained all of the CCTV systems very well. Will recommended Aerialforce anytime. Thank you.

Wow, I just had to post how impressed I have been with the service I've received from initial email enquiry to an installed aerial.I first emailed Aerial Force a few weeks ago to enquire about getting an aerial fitted. We were moving in to a new house so weren't quite ready at that point to go ahead but the near-instant response to my query by Sasha made me feel that when ready it'd be a quick service. I wasn't wrong!This morning, about 11am, I emailed to say I was ready to go ahead and enquired how quickly could I get an aerial installed. No sooner had I sent the email I got an email and phone call from Jade checking whether I'd be in this afternoon. I said yes and within 5 minutes I had a call from the aerial engineer, Kenny, who said he was not far away.Kenny had time for a cuppa while fitting the aerial and has gone off to his next job.Total time from email this morning to happy customer with new aerial - 1.5 hours. How's that for service!Well done to Aerial Force, especially Jade, Sasha and Kenny, for a truly professional and fast service.
