Called 08:30 for appointment same day at 13:30. 30 minutes to replace 4 tyres. Fantastic professional service. Previously I have used Huntingdon but the service was slow and not very good.i would use Colchester again. It was like using Kwik fit 30 years ago with the professional service back then.

More than money it is how customers are dealt with that makes a huge difference in the overall customer experience. This was my first visit at KwikFit. Martin who was at the front desk was very friendly courteous and very helpful in advising the right solution to our concerns while also patient in explaining how it was resolved. Even the engineers inside patiently went through every concern i had notified and they did an excellent work. I will definitely recommend KwikFit to my friends and family. Courteous staff, fixed my exhaust heat plate for me without charge. I dropped in on my home without a booking but they still fitted me in without a long wait. I would definitely recommend this garage.

Excellent service from when I walked in. Although i hadn't booked they fitted me in. Was told how long it would take and the cost and that as soon as my vehicle was ready they would give me a call, which they did.Only reason I didn't rate them a 5 star was the cost as I had to have all 4 tyres done at the same time which is costly.

There was no one at reception, I showed up early so as not to miss it. I was gawked at, ok, I’m a skinny guy wearing a vest but it was bloody boiling!!! I had a dog with me, which was nice and a pleasant welcome, but I can’t get over being gawked at, like I was some kind of freak, and just waiting around like that. Please don’t upset either, it’s a turn off. It was embarrassing saying I couldn’t pay for it!!!

After finding a bolt through one of my tyres just as I was leaving to go on holiday! I called Quickfit and although crazy busy and short staffed they did everything they could and I had my car back within 2 hours!Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really easy to book, dropped off car and then collected an hour later after MOT. Tyres needed changing, very helpful team ordered the tyres and are changing them tomorrow for me! Really appreciate how helpful they have been and, as a woman, it’s really nice not to be spoken to like I’m an idiot, so thank you to the team. All round a really great experience, very happy!

The service we received was simply brilliant. We needed 4 tyres replaced urgently, most importantly the tyres were in stock and despite being busy the team managed to fit us in on the same day.

I would like to say a very big thank you to Martin and his team. On Sunday morning (15 October) when I had a very flat tyre Martin was so helpful sorting out the correct tyre and making sure I did not have to wait too long. I would highly recommend Kwik Fit Colchester.

Sunday opening. A member of staff fitted me in I'm very grateful. Did an excellent job. Even though he had to keep answer the phone and deal with customer's walking in throw the door.
