Outstanding. We travelled all the way from Oxford to Climping to thankfully find Fabco and thank goodness we did.From our first visit everything was enjoyable in terms of planning about an extremely important part of our kitchen - I mean it is the whole of the back of our ground floor!From site visits to fitting to customer service - I simply can't fault Fabco. I have had an extremely positive experience with Fabco Sanctuary, and I am absolutely delighted with my lovely new windows. They have transformed my formerly gloomy room, and look so stylish and contemporary.Every stage of my contact with Fabco was helpful and professional, from the initial enquiry about the process, through to the design and approval stage, the survey, installation, and final silicone sealing. I received all the information necessary to be ready for each visit by email in plenty of time, and every time that I had to contact the company, I was able to speak to someone who know who I was, and what my enquiry was about.The installation itself was remarkably quick and stress-free, and crucially, nothing went wrong; nothing didn’t fit properly, everyone turned up exactly when I was told that they would, and the project was completed with no irritating issues to address. I really can’t fault either the product or the process, and I am beyond delighted with my glorious new windows!

We’ve recently spent 20+ thousand on doors from this company only for them to be fitted poorly.We have huge amounts of condensation meaning we’re leaving towels on the floor to prevent water build up.And gaps between the door panels so we feel a constant draft.We have emailed multiple times to get this issue resolved but they want nothing to do with it.This company has the worst customer service I’ve experienced and I encourage everyone to spend your money elsewhere

Shocking product spent £££££ on doors for the back of our house and in the cold weather every morning when we come down water dripping everywhere. When we called to complain we got told buy a dehumidifier!!! Look good but worst product I’ve ever brought and makes me very angry they just pass it off as not their problem

And their customer service is industry leading.

I can’t praise FabCo enough. From opening up on a Saturday to accommodate us coming down to view the products and communicating with the builder on the requirements, to installation and subsequent beading, they were great to deal with. The spec for the builder is painstakingly exact which he liked as there was no ambiguity. We ordered 4 external door sets and one internal, and all went in first time and are beautiful.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Fabco worked with us to understand our requirements, provided multiple quotes, kept us abreast of progress and provided alternative points of contact in cases of annual leave or similar.The doors were fabricated within the timescales indicated at outset and delivered to us safely packaged and very well protected. The doors were absolutely millimetre accurate in terms of dimensions and tolerances, and the product quality is truly exceptional. They’ve turned what could be a basic extension into something much more special.We couldn’t recommend Fabco Sanctuary highly enough, and have commended them to anybody that will listen!

Had originally planned to use the same company that were fitting a glass roof to also fit bi folding doors and some internal glass doors but at the last minute went with Fabco after seeing an advert. So so glad I did! not only are their Crittal style doors chosen exactly what I really wanted but I was blown away by the attention to detail, support and input during the design process and then the professional approach of the survey and follow up. Finished product both external and internal is fantastic and the doors have given the whole how renovation the high class finish we wanted. Highly recommended Fabco and I’m sure I will use them again.
