Neglects people and don’t care in the world about residence. Rather think of them selves and needs to be ashamed of them selves so do not put anyone you love or care in this place because they will neglected.. Lies about everything to make them look good

Staff are lovely and put in so much effort to help the residents but the management is rubbish. Staff seem to be constantly stressed out and there seems to be a very high turnover which is never a good sign.
